Al “Bubba” Baker, former standout defensive end for the Cleveland Browns, is a current standout restaurateur. He is owner and operator of Bubba’s Q World Famous Bar-B-Q and Catering on Center Road (SR 83) in Avon. He is part of Taste of the NFL, the fundraiser for the Cleveland Foodbank. Al talks not only about his involvement in the event (very generous,) and how he got started in the restaurant business (very funny,) but also about the 2006 Cleveland Browns (very honest.)
