The Cleveland Signature Chef’s auction takes place Monday, November 20th at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel. It’s a major fundraiser for the March of Dimes. Executive Director of the Northeast Ohio Division, Tom Gamble explains why the organization needs the money. Sara Donnersbach, a local attorney, and Zdenko Zovkic, the owner of XO Prime Steaks are co-chairs of the event.
