The 13th annual “Cleveland’s Finest Hors D’oeuvre Contest is a sellout. It benefits Our Lady of the Wayside, an agency that serves people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Executive Director Terry Davis explains what makes the event so popular, and how it helps OLW. He is joined by Matt Barnes, Owner and Chef at Saucy Bistro of Westlake, one of the 15 restaurants competing.
