U.S Postal Inspector Michael Rae plans to embark on the Police Unity Tour again next year, but he has to raise money first. He's doing so by hooking up with famed Cleveland-based author Les Roberts, who has agreed to name a character after the person who offers Michael the most money in an ebay auction.
