The 31st Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon will be held today. Race owner Jack Staph reacts to last week's article in the Plain Dealer, and explains why he thought it was misleading. He also outlines some of the changes that have been made.
The American Lung Association is staging a fundraising walk on May 31st to benefit asthma research. Leigh Ann Casarona is development Director for the ALA Ohio.
Rebuild Together Cleveland is an effort to help a dozen poor homeowners in Cleveland get their houses and yards whipped into shape in a single day. Executive Director of Rebuilding Together, Cleveland Sheila Lee explains it is a massive undertaking.
The Cleveland Sight Center's "White Cane Walk" takes place at Crocker Park in Westlake on Saturday, May 31st. Terry Kebbel and Trapper Jack, both legally blind, discuss the event, their sight problems, and the ways in which they have been helped at the Sight Center.
