Tyler Gajdos recently made Eagle Scout rank. David Kruse, Finance Director for the Greater Cleveland Council of the Boy Scouts of America, made Eagle Scout rank not-so-recently. Both talk about the achievement.

Swim for Diabetes takes place April 4, 5, and 6th in morethan 70 pools throughout nine counties in northeast Ohio. Seamus Hyland is on the board of directors, and Matt Sebastian is a nutrition educator for the Diabetes Association for Greater Cleveland.
Tara Turner is with the Cleveland Zoological Society.
The Gathering Place is expanding to the western suburbs. Dan Gunther is in charge of the soon-to-be opened Westlake facility.

Rory McLean and Gus Gallucci of the Autism Society of Greater Cleveland promote the Chili Cookoff at the Terrace Club at Progressive Field to benefit the Autism Society.
Dr. Rose Dotson is Medical Director of the Neurological Institute at the Geauga Medical Center.
She discusses a number of issues affecting patients she treats, including migrane headaches.
The Cleveland Institute of Art will debut this week an exhibit called "The Mind of Cleveland." Conceptual artist Carl Pope and graphic designer Mari Hulik discuss the exhibit.
The Bridgestone Invitational Golf Tournament, held each year at Firestone Country Club in Akron, generates millions of dollars for the economy and for local charities. Don Padgett is tournament Director, and Doris Evans is Executive Director of First Tee of Cleveland, one of the organizations that benefits from the Bridgestone Invitational.

The Center for Community Solutions holds its 66th Annual Human Services Institute MArch 28, 2008. Rosalyn Bucy Miller outlines this year's day-long event, including identifying both guest speakers.
Cleaning for a Reason is an organization that helps women with cancer deal with their disease in a very practical way; house cleaning services. Housework Etc. is a local business involved in the effort. John Jones and Lindsay Peterson explain.
Loral Langemeier bills heerself as The Millionaire Maker.
The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland is more than 100 years old. Colleen Cotter is the Executive Director, and explains how the LAS helps people who can't afford a lawyer.

Mike Orazen is the head coach at The Edge, an athletic facility in Twinsburg designed to
teach children in body, mind and spirit. The road Mike took to get to The Edge is an interesting one.
Libbi Chilia has written a book about her daughter Sami. "Imagine...Amazing Me" features pictures of Sami and other children with limb differences.
The Catholic Business Connection is undertaking a campaign to collect new underwear for underpriviledged people in Greater Cleveland. John Kowalski founded the Catholic Business Connection, a promotion company formed to help strengthen the local church.
Applications are now being accepted for the Northcoast 99 of 2008. ERC solicits the nominations for Northeast Ohio's top 99 companies, based on their ability to attract top talent. Patrick Perry is president of ERC.
